Refund and Returns Policy for Mercer

At Mercer, we aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including in the original packaging. Please contact us at info@vacheronprecision.com to initiate a return.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original method of payment.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at info@vacheronprecision.com with your order details.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returning items are your responsibility unless the product is faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
