Shipping Destinations

Mercer Watches ships to the following regions:

  1. Domestic (United States)
    • We deliver to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
  2. International
    • Worldwide shipping is available. Some restrictions may apply to specific countries due to local regulations or shipping carrier limitations.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Shipping methods include:

  • Standard Shipping: Affordable and reliable, with delivery within 5–7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Faster delivery within 2–3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: Next-day delivery for urgent orders (available for select locations).

International shipping is handled by DHL, FedEx, or UPS for secure and efficient delivery.

Shipping Costs

  1. Domestic Orders

    • Standard shipping: Free for orders over $200.
    • Orders under $200: A flat fee of $10 applies.
    • Expedited and overnight options: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  2. International Orders

    • Shipping fees are calculated during checkout based on your location, the selected shipping method, and the size/weight of the package.

Order Processing Time

We process orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days after your order is placed.
  • Cutoff Time for Same-Day Processing: Orders placed by 12:00 PM EST may ship the same day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • A tracking number
  • The carrier details
  • An estimated delivery date

Delivery Times

  • Domestic Shipping: Delivery within 5–7 business days for standard shipping. Expedited and overnight options are faster.
  • International Shipping: Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days. Customs clearance may cause additional delays.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, and other import fees may apply. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the buyer. Mercer Watches cannot predict or control these costs.

Package Security and Insurance

To protect your purchase, all packages are insured during transit. If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at info@vacheronprecision.com or call (808) 200-3820 for assistance.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to claim, or refusal to pay customs duties, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs. Refunds for returned items will be processed in accordance with our Return Policy.

While we strive to meet delivery timelines, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, carrier issues, or customs delays may impact shipping. In such cases, we will keep you updated and work to resolve the issue promptly.
